The new 750i and Li have just been released at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The new flagship of BMW did not get the much sought after diesels that have been becoming commonplace in Europe. The new 7 is fitted with the same twin turbo 4.4L V8 that is used in the X6. With 400hp and 450lb-ft of torque, the only engine option does not seem that bad, given the circumstances.

2009 Audi RS6 introduced in Dubai

In Dubai, capital of the UAE, Audi revealed it’s latest specialized model, the RS 6, set to enter the Middle Eastern market in January of 2009 at the 2008 Sharjah Motor Show. The RS 6, based on the successful Audi A6, is tailored specially for the conditions and roads of the Middle East and features a V10 engine with direct injection and twin turbochargers pumping out 580 horsepower and 650Nm of torque, making it the most powerful series-produced sedan in the world. For all of it’s power, the RS 6 is still a car that can take you places in comfort, incorporating the luxurious features of the large executive model series from Audi.

Audi A4L Introduced in China

The Audi A4L, which made its debut yesterday in Beijing, is the first long-wheelbase version in the upper mid-size category to be introduced specifically for the Chinese market.The success of the A4, launched last year and having sold over 200,000 units, led Audi to try and “export the success of the new Audi A4 to China. With the customized Chinese A4L, we are impressively demonstrating our market leadership in China’s premier segment”, said Peter Schwarzenbauer, member of the Board of Management for Marketing and Sales at Audi AG. The Audi A4L features a wheelbase 60mm (2.36 inches) longer than the A4 sedan, which provides for a more comfortable and spacious ride, especially for the rear-seat passengers who enjoy legroom that is unheard of in this category of automobile.
